Review by hotel critic
I recently had the opportunity to stay at Ibis in Kyiv, a hotel whose location is undoubtedly advantageous for travelers, especially with the railway station just a short two-minute walk away. As someone who often reviews eco-resorts, I appreciated the hotel's modern, clean design, and the efficient check-in and check-out processes. On the culinary front, the hotel provides a buffet breakfast each morning. Although the experience was somewhat hindered by a short wait time due to limited staffing, it featured international offerings that catered well to various tastes. I opted for a simple yet satisfying selection of local dishes alongside fresh fruits, setting a pleasant tone for my day. The bar/lounge area offered a relaxing ambiance, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Its proximity to local eateries and attractions, such as the Botanical Garden and several museums, enhanced the experience. For those planning to travel around Ukraine, the combination of convenience and comfort makes Ibis a pragmatic choice, providing all the essential needs for a quick getaway.
